Diddy Suing Landlord

The paper gangster himself Sean "Diddy" Combs is suing his landlord for obstructing the storefront of the Sean John flagship store on 5^th Avenue in New York City or at least it was.

According to the lawsuit, Diddy's company Christian Casey LLC leased a portion of a ground floor building on Fifth Avenue in NYC for its flagship clothing store.

Diddy lawyers claim sometime in 2006 the building owners put up sidewalk scaffolding and never removed it. As a result the Sean John store's sales are down nearly 50%.

They claim the scaffolding "substantially obstructed the view of the clothing and furnishings displayed in the ground floor windows."

They are suing for damages of $2.5 million.
